Windows Could Not Complete The Installation

Method 1

press Shift + F10 this will open up the command prompt window 

now type in cd %windir%/system32/oobe/

hit enter now type in msoobe

hit enter on doing this it will 

open the user creation program

just create a generic user account 

click Next give it a password if you require so

I am leaving it blank select use the recommended settings

select you time zone and that's it after that 

you should be able to login to your system successfully 

if that method doesn't work let step in to method two

In this method again press Shift + F10

to bring up the command prompt

and then type mmc now go to file add remove snap-in 

select computer management click add

select local computer click ok

click finish now click on the arrow

click on system tools select local users and groups

double click on administrator and un-check account is disabled 

hit ok then right click on administrator

select set password click proceed

in this set a password of any reasonable length

and now restart your system after doing this the error should get resolved 

and you should be able to login to your system
