No global profile is configured. Specify a profile name in the @profile_name parameter.

To fix:

• In SSMS, right click on Database Mail and choose Configure Database Mail.
• Choose Manage Profile Security
• There should be at least one line here. Choose one line and in the Default Profile column, change it to Yes
