Redsnow 0.9.7 b6 is now available for download mainly to fix the Skype issues on untethered iOS 4.2.1 jailbreak. Unlick the previous beta versions, you can freely run the Redsnow 0.9.7 b6 on already jailbroken devices with beta 5.
As this jailbreak tool is still under beta testing, iPhone Dev Team recommends to use it both ways… on freshly installed stock iOS 4.2.1 and on already jailbroken iOS 4.2.1 with beta 5.
However, if you don’t have any issue except Skype and you have already jailbroken your device with Redsnow 0.9.7 b5, you don’t need to rejailbreak with this new version. Simply re-run it while deselecting every check-box
